Privacy policy
This page explains what we collect when you use the IraqSoft website, why we collect it, and who sees it.
What we collect
- Contact form: name, phone number, email if you give one, company name if you give one, project type, and your message.
- Domain booking form: name, phone, email, company, the domain you want and its extension, and your notes.
- AI assistant: the text of your conversation with it, along with any name, phone or email you provide.
- One cookie: created only when signing in to the dashboard, and it identifies the session, nothing more. Visitors to the site get no cookie.
What we do not collect
- No third-party analytics or advertising — no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, none of it. Nothing on our pages follows you across the web.
- We do not ask for payment details, and none pass through this site.
Why we collect it
- To answer and follow up on your request: a quote, a domain booking, or a question about a service.
- To improve what we offer, based on what people repeatedly ask for.
Who sees it
- Authorised IraqSoft staff only. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
- We may have to disclose it if formally required under Iraqi law.
Where it is kept, and for how long
- On our own server. We keep it as long as it is needed to follow up your request or for business records, then delete it.
- We take reasonable measures to protect it, though no transmission over the internet is ever without risk.
Your rights
- You may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- Write to the email or call the number below and we will act within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
- We update it whenever what we collect changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
